Below are the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, valid for the online store italiahobby.com, and that are applied to all sales made in Italy. The navigation and transmission of a purchase order on the site imply the unreserved acceptance of the Conditions and Data Protection Policies adopted by italiahobby.com.

In order to make a purchase you must be of legal age. Purchases made on italiahobby.com are regulated, although not expressly provided for by the following General Conditions of Sale, by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999 on the protection of consumers in the matter of distance contracts.

These General Conditions of Sale are applied between the user and the online store italiahobby.com, part of the company A. R. C. Marche Srl, Italy. VAT: IT02644480416 

The user is required, before accessing the products provided by the site, to read these General Conditions of Sale that are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.

The user is invited to print a copy of the purchase form and of these General Conditions of Sale, whose terms italiahobby.com it reserves the right to change unilaterally and without notice.

2. Product

(1) The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog of italiahobby.com and they are visible at the time of choosing and filling out the order, before the conclusion of the forwarding procedure. For more information or questions, you can send an email to italiahobby.com by email address info@italiahobby.com. The images and colors of the products may differ from the real ones due to the different settings of the devices used for display. In addition, the photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products for sale are indicative only and do not bind the seller in any way.

(2) Product Availability

The availability of the products refers to the actual presence of the items in the warehouse at the time the buyer places the order. This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of several users, the products could be sold to other customers before confirming the order.

Even after receipt of the order confirmation e-mail, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this eventuality, the order will be automatically rectified with the elimination of the unavailable product and the buyer will be immediately informed by e-mail.

Italia Hobby does not assume the responsibility of having to search and find products that are not available from other sources. This provision also applies to orders relating to fungible goods (for which only the type and characteristics of the products are described). Italia Hobby is only obliged to deliver what is available in stock and what is ordered to its suppliers.

3. Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are valid only on the day the order is placed. The price of items varies constantly and even from day to day. When italiahobby.com receives the order, the buyer will be sent the order confirmation with the price valid on the day the purchase was made. All prices include VAT that will be applied on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale on italiahobby.com.

The presentation of products and services on italiahobby.com is not a binding offer but a purchase proposal. By pressing “Confirm order " at the last stage of the purchase sale process you agree to conclude a binding contract for the purchase of the goods displayed in the order summary. Before concluding the contract on italiahobby.com, you will be required to accept the reading of the General Conditions of Sale, including the Information on the Right of Withdrawal and the Processing of personal data. The contract is considered accepted and formalized when we have received your order and send a confirmation email or the goods will be sent.

(1) In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, as specified by Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999. 

7. Guarantee

(1) If the products sold and sent by our online shop are defective, you have the right to demand compensation, cancel the contract or obtain a reduction in the purchase price. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days after receipt of the products, the buyer is therefore required to inspect the goods as quickly as possible from the moment of receipt of the same, if the goods are defective the consumer is required to provide photos of the defective product. In case of return of defective goods, the shipping cost is charged to the seller, which will be followed by a refund of the price of the item. 

Please do not send any products without having contacted us in advance, as the management of returns may be delayed, also we may not be able to proceed with the cancellation and the order would remain valid. italiahobby.com will make the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. When preparing the package with the products you want to return, please also include the order confirmation or delivery note with highlighted items in the return package. Please note that we only accept returns of unused goods. Obviously it is allowed to open the packaging to check the items, however at the time of return, the items and packaging must be in such a condition that they can still be sold. Items that emit strange odors, returned in non-original packaging or with the original packaging damaged will not be considered “in good condition " and therefore will not be refunded.
